TICKETS:

 

Tickets remain the property of the Organiser. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any person for any reason seemed deemable by Event Staff. Tickets are non-returnable unless otherwise stated in our REFUND POLICY.

 

Tickets that are purchased from un-authorized channels (i.e. resale sites, scalpers, third parties, etc) may be counterfeit. We accept no responsibility for tickets purchased in this manner.

 

AT THE EVENT:

 

When you arrive to the event, your physical ticket or digital copy will be exchanged for an official event wrist band. This wrist band must be worn at all times during the event. You will not be allowed to attend the event without a valid wrist band. If your wrist band becomes stolen, lost, or damaged, please contact one of our on site staff to possibly recieve a new one. We cannot guarantee admission if your wrist band becomes lost, stolen, or damaged. Anyone caught tampering with or exchanging wrist bands will be asked to leave the event.

 

Any Person showing visible signs of intoxication, are under the influence of illegal drugs or other illegal substances, are visibly intoxicated from alcohol or other substance intoxication, are demonstrating an intent to disturb the peace or to provoke someone else to do so, engaging in any fighting or disruptive behavior, or resist the direction of Event Staff, may be refused entry to the Event. In this case, be aware the Event Staff may call the Police if necessary. Engaging in any of this behavior may result in exclusion from future Events.

 

Any Persons entering the Event will NOT be permitted to bring weapons or prohibited items. Some of these items include are are not limited to: firearms, large hunting knives, or weapons of any kind or description. This also inculdes any explosives, fireworks, glass bottles, sharp objects, or illegal substances.

 

The Event will not be responsible for confiscated items. If you worry an item may be confiscated, please inquire with Event Staff before bringing it. The Event is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

 

Some of the grounds and property are forbidden to access by Ticket Holders and Event Attendees. Any Person trying to access these areas may result in removal from the Event.

 

It is forbidden to block access to specific areas for evacuation routes, entrances, and exits, or to loiter in these areas for longer than strictly necessary for entering and exiting the Event.

 

WAIVER:

 

By attending the Event, the ticket Holder assumes any and all risk or danger, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforseeable, resulting from, occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury or loss, damage or liability whatsoever. It is the Holders responsibility to understand these rights, and by attending the Event, the Holder assumes all risk and danger that may result from their presence at our Event, resulting from, occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the Event or the Festival Parties.

 

By purchasing a Ticket, the Holder agrees to recognize the risks and dangers associated with the Event, and that pysical injury, illness, danger, harm, and risk cannot be fully eliminated. By entering the Event the Holder voluntarily assumes all risk of death, injury, property damage, or trauma, regardless of severity, that may be sustained as a result of attendace of this Event, while on or off the premises, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Event Parties and Staff.

 

In the event of a medical emergency, the Holder consents to medical care and transportation to medical facilities at the Holders' cost, to obtain treatment or care that is deemed reasonable and responsible by Staff.

 

The Holder hereby releases the Company from any liability in connection with, arising from, any actions or omissions of the Company related to the Holders' medical care.

 

The Holder understands this waiver extends to any liability that arises from, or is in connection with, the medical treatment and transportation provided in the event of an emergency or injury.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

You hereby indemnify and not hold responsible the Company, the Event, and each of their respective representitives, owners, staff, volunteers, agents, incuding the owners of the venues where the Event takes place, including the presenters, promoters, agents, artists, including their respective management, staff, agents, from any loss, liability, damage, or cost in any way arising from or related to, your actions and omissions, at, near, or while traveling to or from, the Event.

 

You hereby waive, hold harmless, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company Parties from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Event, for any claims, complaints, controversies, charges, or damages whatsoever, of any kind arising out of, related to the Event, or your attendance to the Event, or your travel to or from the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of the Company Parties.

 

The Company reserves the right to change or modify any aspect of the Event, including but not limited to the location, dates, times, the appearance of any presenter or presentation, the order of event schedule, and at any time, with any notice, for any reason, the Company reserves the right to make these changes with no compensation or refund to the Ticket Holder.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

If the Event is cancelled in whole or in part due to a Force Majeure Event, you will not be entitled to a refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may issue, at the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, a partial or full refund of your Ticket, by accounting for, among other considerations, the extent and nature of the cancellation.

 

A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, act of terrorism, flood, hurricane, tsunami or other natural disaster, war, strike or other labor condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of Event attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of the Company. You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for the cancellation of any part of the Event, if any, will be the face value of Your Ticket, excluding all fees and/or service charges paid by You in connection with the purchase of Your Ticket.

 

I understand that these Terms and Conditions may be changed by Event Organiser prior to the Event, and if so, the revised Terms and Conditions will apply to me. The most current version can be found here. My use of a ticket or other entry credential for entry to the Event signifies my binding agreement to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of my entry to the Event.
